General Hudson Information:
Located in Michigan just 10 miles North of the Ohio border. Hudson was settled in 1833 and established as a City by act of State Legislature in 1893.
Hudson has been very fortunate in its architecture. The entire downtown of Hudson was designated by the U.S. Dept. of Interior National Park Service as a Historic Place and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in the late 1970's. The city also has six residential homes that are on the National Historic Register, several beautiful historic churches, a Carnegie library, a historic railroad bridge, and a historical museum.

SAFETY SERVICES
|
Ambulance Our Ambulance Service is equipped to provide Advance Life Support as well as Basic Life Support.
Paramedics are at the station 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
There are also crews which provide coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Fire Our Fire Department is comprised of 35 volunteers.
The station is equipped with a total of 8 different types of fire vehicles.
The fire department has a new addition which includes a radio room, fire office, ambulance office, paramedics quarters, training room, kitchen, and full basement.

Police We have a local Police Department which consists of a Chief, Sergeant, and full-time officer. There are also a number a part-time officers.
These officers are able to provide the citizens of Hudson 24 hour coverage 7 days a week.
